You will support CRM and customer engagement across email, push, and in-app messages.
Contribute to optimizing customer communications and retention.
Activate customer data to develop end-to-end CRM strategy and campaigns.
Refine multi-channel campaigns for an outstanding customer experience.
Own weekly/monthly reporting and data-driven campaign analyses.

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years in digital marketing and CRM (mobile/web)
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp/Sendgrid etc)
Proficient in HTML
Strong copywriting skills
Data-driven with marketing insights
