Become the dedicated technical expert across the customer's Axon ecosystem.
Serve as primary technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and partners.
Build long-term relationships with executive leadership and IT stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance across deployment, integration, and go-live readiness.
Manage technical escalations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Conduct proactive health reviews and platform optimisation sessions.

🎯 Requirements

Dutch fluency and professional English.
Dutch citizenship essential for security clearance.
5+ years in TAM/CS/solutions engineering or similar roles.
Experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships.
Experience in government/public safety or regulated industries preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
