EMEA Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of accountants across multiple jurisdictions, fostering a culture of
• Own accounting compliance under both US GAAP and local statutory GAAPs
• Drive statutory and external audits end-to-end — from planning through to clean, on-time completion
• Standardize processes and controls across entities, replacing fragmented local practices with
• Champion automation and AI adoption within the accounting function, identifying opportunities to
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and HR to ensure smooth month-end close

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing accounting operations across multiple countries/entities
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and exposure to multiple local statutory GAAPs
• Track record of successfully leading audits and managing external auditor relationships
• Experience standardizing and improving processes in a multi-entity or multi-country environment
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, and finance transformation
• Strong people leadership skills — you know how to build, coach, and motivate a team
