Employee Experience Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of company-wide employee experience initiatives that
• Serve as a steward of Hungryroot's culture by designing and scaling programs that reinforce company
• Own and continuously improve employee experience programs across key moments of the employee
• Partner with People leadership to assess employee feedback and engagement data and translate
• Own the company's internal communications strategy, ensuring employees receive timely, consistent
• Develop and manage communication calendars, messaging frameworks, and communication best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employee experience, people operations, internal communications, or a
• Proven track record designing and scaling programs across culture, engagement, onboarding, and/or
• Experience partnering with People leadership and senior business leaders to translate engagement
• Strong internal communications skills, including experience building communication calendars
• Experience designing and delivering learning & development programs, including manager training
• Demonstrated success planning and executing company events, offsites, or engagement programs
