• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational development, or a related field
• 5 years of recent, relevant professional experience in employee relations or human resources.
• Progressively responsible experience handling employee relations matters, including direct

• Demonstrated ability to coach managers and leaders through complex, confidential, and sensitive
