📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end deployment of global compliance and ethics training programs (e.g., Code of
• Administer compliance training assignments, manage exception workflows, and track completion
• Partner with external training vendors (such as LRN) to customize, track, and deploy third-party
• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy, Internal Audit, and People Business Partners to assess
• Track training completion rates, manage automated and manual follow-ups for past-due trainings, and
• Assist in the review and updating of training scripts, test-out options, and embedded

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Compliance Training, Learning & Development, HR Compliance, or a
• Hands-on experience administering a Learning Management System (Cornerstone/CSOD experience is
