Employee Relations Partner

📋 Description

• Advise People Partners, business leaders, and managers on complex employee relations matters
• Recommend approaches for performance issues and support Corrective Action Plans
• Conduct internal investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations
• Maintain case documentation in case management system
• Apply employee relations principles and policies for fair outcomes
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist, HR business partnering, labor
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline
• Expertise in workplace investigations, conflict management, and advising on complex ER situations
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and EEO requirements including Title VII, ADA, FMLA
• Strong understanding of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, performance
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
