Employee Relations Specialist II

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations of complaints, policy violations, harassment, discrimination, retaliation.
• Make recommendations on actions in partnership with stakeholders for ER issues.
• Document findings and write investigation summaries for ThinkLP.
• Coach management on ER matters (performance management, policy interpretation, discipline).
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and identify risks; coordinate mitigation.
• Must travel ~90% of the time to visit sites in your region.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years HR experience, with 2+ years in Employee Relations and investigations.
• CA-based operations experience; familiarity with CA employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Professional fluency in Spanish, preferred.
• End-to-end investigations (interviewing, evidence, summaries) and FMLA/ADA/EEO knowledge.
• Proven ability to coach across levels; cross-functional collaboration and strong interpersonal skills.
