📋 Description

• Create content across video, social and digital channels, including employee stories, short-form
• Own video production from concept through delivery, including planning, filming and editing.
• Support Employer Brand campaigns across digital media, social, employee advocacy, PR and influencer
• Coordinate projects across Recruiting, Social, Comms & PR, agencies, employees and technical
• Partner with Recruiting to prioritise activity based on changing hiring needs and the talent
• Manage multiple priorities at once and adapt quickly as business and hiring priorities change.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, employer branding or a
• Hands-on video production experience, including filming and editing.
• Experience using video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar.
• Strong project-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good creative judgement and an understanding of what makes content engaging across social and
