📋 Description

• Lead discovery, documentation, and improvement of complex end-to-end GTM processes, identifying
• Help design future-state business processes and translate business objectives into scalable system
• Serve as a cross-functional systems integrator, evaluating how processes, platforms, data, and
• Partner with Salesforce, Gainsight, Marketing Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering
• Support and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives such as CRM enhancements, CPQ
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, solution architecture, business process improvement
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and redesigning complex, cross-functional business processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, system integrations, workflow automation, data
• Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem and familiarity with how CRM data models
• Experience leading complex technology implementations or transformation programs involving multiple
• Ability to translate between business and technical audiences and constructively challenge both
