📋 Description

• Conduct all Participant, employer, and network interactions with professionalism and a high-quality
• Develop a network of employers and community organizations to ensure Participants progress towards
• Ensure active marketing of Participants to achieve personal and team Key Performance Indicators
• Provide pre-employment assistance through the identification of Participants skills and abilities.
• Develop and maintain up to date individual Employment Action Plan (EAP) in conjunction with the
• Identify strategies to increase Participant capacity for sustainable employment through vocational

🎯 Requirements

• Completed post-secondary education in a relevant field from a recognized Canadian Institute, or its
• Two years related experience
• Employment in case management, counselling, and/or assessment roles
• Collaborative work with community partners, employers, and training providers
• Support to people with disabilities or barriers to employment, including individuals referred from
• Proven experience working within a high-performance driven environment.
