• One-on-one coaching for individuals with IDD in community work.
• Help explore career interests, secure employment, and build skills.
• Support adults with IDD in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA.
• Promote inclusion and workplace accommodations.
• Collaborate with BAYADA team to deliver client-focused care.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year experience working with IDD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Daytime availability and flexibility.
• ACRE and/or CESP certification or prior coaching experience preferred.
