📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one coaching to individuals with IDD.
• Help explore career interests and secure employment.
• Develop skills to maintain long-term success at work.
• Educate employers on benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusive practices and reasonable accommodations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience working with IDD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Day-time availability.
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.
