Employment Technician/Job Coach

📋 Description

• One-on-one coaching for individuals with IDD in community work sites
• Help individuals explore career interests and secure employment
• Develop skills to maintain long-term success at work
• Educate employers on benefits of hiring people with disabilities
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations on the job
• Contribute to community impact through meaningful work

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience with IDD
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Day-time availability
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required
