📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support and coaching to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with career exploration, employment, and skill building.
• Educate employers on benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
• Advocate for inclusion and reasonable accommodations.
• Make a positive impact on the community.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience with IDD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Day-time availability.
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.
