Employment Technician/Job Coach

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one coaching to individuals with IDD in community jobs
• Help individuals explore career goals and secure employment
• Support skill development and progress via documentation
• Educate employers on benefits of employing people with disabilities
• Advocate for inclusion and accommodations at work
• Make a positive impact in the community

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year experience with IDD
• HS diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Daytime availability
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required
