📋 Description

• Preparing, facilitating, documenting and participating in client meetings/workshops conducting a
• Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications to
• Creating business requirement documents (BRD’s) into use cases/functional specifications for
• Requirements gathering, functional requirements, user stories, and documentation
• Business process models/design, logical data models, standards and guidance
• Documenting and explaining problems and works to resolve software defects while ensuring technical

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Retail Energy experience such as CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, Sales, and C&I/Mass Market
• Other related experience such wholesale, settlements, utilities, or trading is a plus
• Experience working for a management consulting firm preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; major in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business or
• An advanced degree is desirable
