Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Own full delivery accountability for assigned engagements, from kickoff through close, with no gaps
• Run client status meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder check-ins independently, without
• Bring real technical fluency to each engagement—understanding delivery components well enough to
• Communicate proactively and clearly with internal teams and client stakeholders on status, issues
• Document risks, issues, dependencies, and action items continuously, and drive them to resolution
• Maintain a change log covering scope, timeline, resource, and budget changes, and drive stakeholder

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience owning delivery for complex, technical, client-facing engagements (or
• Direct experience in data engineering, cloud data platforms, Snowflake, or comparable enterprise
• Proven ability to independently run client-facing meetings and steering committees without
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, including ownership of risk
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical delivery into
• Bonus: experience acting as a Product Owner, leading business requirements, or mentoring delivery
