Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Lead full lifecycle of custom software and services projects from scoping to launch.
• Act as primary executive contact; cultivate relationships to drive satisfaction.
• Translate needs into actionable plans and SOWs with Sales and Account Mgmt.
• Align solutions with product strategy and engineering capacity; ensure scalability.
• Bridge between clients and Product & Engineering; manage UAT and launches.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Training for cohesive delivery and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in Professional Services or SaaS.
• Deep expertise in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional programs with Sales, Product, Eng, Account Mgmt, and Legal.
• Executive presence and client-facing communication with C-suite.
• Financial management: budget, forecasting, risk, profitability.
• Expert in crafting SOWs and complex project docs.
