• Own transformation engagements end to end at Harvey's largest accounts.
• Map workflows and identify high-value opportunities; build a concrete roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery; reinforce adoption and remove blockers.
• Build executive relationships; advise on operating model; contribute to playbooks.
• Hand off to Customer Success with adoption summary and next steps.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory with end-to-end transformation ownership.
• Experience leading large-scale tech deployments or change programs in enterprise settings.
• Exceptional executive presence; comfortable with senior partners and C-suite.
• Strong program management; own the plan, surface risk early, drive outcomes.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on the future of legal work.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving playbooks.
