📋 Description

• Own process and hygiene across the full engagement lifecycle — from scoping through Salesforce
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for subcontracting partners in your region — aligning on

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting, SaaS, data or other relevant domains
• Track record of exceeding performance objectives as an individual contributor or a manager
• Excellent cross-functional collaborator, especially with sales teams
• Builder mentality — comfortable in an environment where process is still forming
• Clear, direct communicator who gives feedback early and often
