Engagement Specialist - Outreach (WeCARE)

📋 Description

• Conduct outreach to customers referred by HRA for the WeCARE program.
• Schedule clinical assessments and maintain program engagement.
• Review documents and assist customers in collecting materials for assessments.
• Explain clinical processes and provide written WeCARE materials.
• Assist in scheduling external evaluations with customers.
• Maintain records and generate real-time program reports.
• Support care managers with scheduling and workshops.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in social services or related field
• Four years direct customer service in clinical/social service
• Fast-paced, performance-driven team experience
• Exceptional customer service; motivational interviewing preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with publicly-funded programs; TANF preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred
