• As a Sales Advisor, play a key role in creating excellent customer experience
• Greet customers, guide them in the store, and help them find products they need
• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices
• Actively promote Hello Member customer loyalty program and deliver exceptional service in
• Ensure sales floor and back office are well-stocked, tidy, and inviting
• Support store opening and closing

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or similar fields (preferred, not required)
• Passion for helping customers and interest in fashion or retail
• Collaborative, thrives in dynamic environments
• Strong communication skills, creative, curious about store technology, eager to learn and develop
• Flexible and action-oriented
• Legally required minimum 40% disability report for this position
