Engineer

📋 Description

• Schedule preventative maintenance with a minimum disruption of building services.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks, order parts and equipment required for repair/maintenance.
• Demonstrate the proper use and care of tools and instruments, safety, and troubleshooting
• Attend relevant engineering courses for enrollment.
• Follow departmental policy for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Perform maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical and power generation equipment and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years facility related work experience, including customer service and leadership.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Experienced with Johnson Control Metasys BMS System.
• Exposure to HVAC, mechanical/electrical systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers.
• Solid understanding of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
