Engineering Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of engineering work packages, ensuring activities are completed to agreed cost
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders, driving progress, managing
• Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery performance, working closely
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring
• Support bid, change, and growth activities, including estimating, planning, solution development

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering project, delivery, or work package management experience within a complex technical
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and engaging with technical and
• Knowledge of risk and opportunity management, delivery governance, and performance reporting.
• Ability to coordinate activities across the full engineering lifecycle and drive delivery to
• Experience working within Defence, Aerospace, Naval, Security, or other highly regulated sectors.
