🎯 Requirements

5+ years in data/analytics/platform engineering
3+ years leading engineering teams (hiring, performance, delivery)
Direct experience with modern data stack: Snowflake, transformation frameworks, orchestration tools
Track record delivering complex data platform initiatives: migrations, consolidations
Experience operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
Ability to review code, debug production issues, and make architectural judgements
