📋 Description

• Own the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Roblox's storage systems, including
• Ensure our storage platform scales by orders of magnitude while remaining reliable and efficient
• Partner closely with Data Platform, Infrastructure, and product engineering teams to align storage
• Build, grow, and retain a world-class storage engineering team — and develop the next generation of
• Drive operational excellence: define and hold the bar on reliability, on-call practices, and
• Own your systems end-to-end, including participation in on-call rotation for critical incidents

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related
• 10+ years of experience in storage, infrastructure, or distributed systems roles, including
• 5+ years in engineering leadership, managing teams through ambiguity to deliver critical
• A track record of building reliable, high-availability systems at significant scale (millions of
