Engineering Generalist - Product Impact (Full Stack)

📋 Description

• End-to-end projects: instrumentation → backend services → web/app UI → rollout & iteration.
• Build and iterate on user-facing product features (activation, retention, paid conversion, core UX).
• Design, implement, and scale backend systems: APIs, data models, pipelines, jobs, reliability.
• Improve frontend surfaces where it matters (web product, internal tools, landing pages, onboarding
• Drive experiments: set hypotheses, ship fast, measure results, and harden what works.
• Work closely with design, product, marketing, and support - and help unblock them with code.

🎯 Requirements

• Have strong backend fundamentals (APIs, DBs, async jobs, caching, performance, reliability).
• Can comfortably ship frontend changes (React/TypeScript or similar), even if it’s not your main
• Care deeply about product outcomes and can translate ambiguity into shipped work.
• Prefer shipping and learning over long debates; you can move quickly without breaking things.
• 6–10+ years of experience shipping production software (startup pace preferred).
• Performance and reliability by default: profiling, latency budgets, graceful degradation, and
