🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Frontend Engineering and modern web technologies.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, Angular
• Previous experience as an Engineering Lead, Tech Lead, Lead Frontend Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance and scalability.
• Comfortable remaining hands-on and making technical and architectural decisions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and supporting their professional development.
