📋 Description

• Own end-to-end technical build for 1–3 Strategic Deals
• Drive customer tech requirements with engineering/product leaders
• Identify technical risks early and de-risk them
• Translate bespoke deal needs into durable product improvements
• Tech-lead a pod of 1–3 engineers per deal; set direction and mentor

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as engineering leader or ex-technical founder
• Strong appetite for customer-facing work
• Comfort owning high-stakes accounts with ambiguity
• Ability to estimate timelines, assess risks, and decide under pressure
• Bonus: experience productionizing agentic systems
