📋 Description

• Lead and develop engineering teams, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers throughout discovery, opportunity assessment, solution

• Demonstrated success delivering complex products, software systems, or technical initiatives in a

• Strong technical judgment and the ability to participate meaningfully in architectural discussions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity independently, assess competing priorities, make sound trade-offs
