📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing inclusive team to drive delivery of high-quality software
• Act as technical anchor, balancing predictable roadmap delivery with team growth, technical
• Guide team to hone their craft, champion AI-native workflows, and resolve complex technical
• Modernise architectures and improve CI/CD maturity to reduce operational risk
• Embed AI-native engineering workflows across the SDLC to boost velocity and reduce toil
• Refine system design and architecture for high-scale, high-availability distributed systems

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional software engineering experience with proven track record of technical
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and performance-managing engineers, including building
• Proven track record of translating business goals into executable engineering plans, balancing
• Hands-on experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production code, with technical credibility
• Experience building and supporting high-scale, high-availability distributed systems, including
• Experience leading teams in the adoption of AI-native engineering workflows to improve developer
