📋 Description

• Lead and develop engineering teams, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers on discovery, opportunity assessment, solution
• Shape technical and product decisions by challenging assumptions and evaluating alternatives.
• Oversee the engineering delivery lifecycle from planning to deployment and post-launch evaluation.
• Ensure predictable delivery through prioritization, dependency coordination, and risk
• Guide technical direction and maintain engineering standards.

• Demonstrated success delivering complex products or technical initiatives.
• Strong product mindset with experience collaborating on discovery and prioritization.
• Strong technical judgment in architectural discussions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound trade-offs.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and feedback skills.
