Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Directly manage and support a team of engineers
• Create conditions for the team to deliver high-quality features and meaningful improvements
• Partner with Product, Design, and Success stakeholders to plan and execute the product roadmap
• Balance feature development, technical improvements, maintenance, and bug fixes
• Coach engineers and support their career development
• Provide constructive feedback

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of engineering management experience
• Equivalent experience demonstrating ability to build, improve, and lead engineering teams
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Technical background in Clojure ecosystem or frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript
• Ability to read and understand code and technical design documentation
• Ability to participate meaningfully in technical discussions
