🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful experience building and operating
• 2+ years of experience managing or technically leading engineers, with a track record of hiring
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or modern web
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, ambiguous technical initiatives from strategy and architecture
• Proven track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments where
