Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Management to shape pragmatic solutions alongside Product and Design
• Own capacity management and delivery, balancing customer impact, delivery predictability, and
• Drive collaboration across engineering teams and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies
• Manage architecture and technical debt, guiding system design, scalability, performance, and
• Develop sustainable engineering practices and establish clear quality standards
• Support team growth by coaching engineers through regular feedback and development conversations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience leading engineering teams, with a track record of developing engineers and
• Collaborative approach, strong work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Product-focused mindset with ability to partner with Product and Design to turn customer problems
• Strong backend development experience with TypeScript or another strongly typed language
• Experience with SQL databases and Nest.js or similar web/dependency management frameworks (e.g.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, scalability, and performance tuning
