• Lead and grow a team of engineers with high standards; coach and develop talent

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex initiatives
• Able to set direction, raise standards, and get quality outcomes shipped
• Strong technical background across modern stacks: .NET, Angular/React, with relational and NoSQL data
• Deep understanding of cloud-native, distributed systems and event-driven patterns
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, containerisation and automation
• Ability to coach and mentor engineers; foster ownership and continuous improvement
