🎯 Requirements

3+ years managing software engineers with coaching skills
Experience across full software lifecycle: coding, architecture, system design
Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts
Proficient in modern OO languages and patterns
Experience building cloud-native apps and scalable systems
Collaborative across teams to deliver end-to-end experiences
