🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering experience
• Leadership on complex projects (architecture, reviews, strategy)
• Experience managing frontend and backend services, distributed systems
• Proficiency in Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, SQL/MySQL
• Experience with cloud-native systems, CI/CD, observability
• Strong track record delivering projects and mentoring engineers
