7+ years of experience in backend software development
At least 3 years in a leadership position (Team Lead or Engineering Manager)
Experience in people management and leading remote, cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of software development processes, including frontend and backend development
Experience designing and implementing software solutions
Strong understanding of the principles of building reliable architecture
