• 6+ years software engineering; 2+ years people management.
• Track record leading teams that deliver production software.
• Strong judgment on prioritization, execution, and long-term sustainability.
• Experience with modern development practices, planning, triage, and delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers and partner teams to deliver outcomes.
• Experience supporting diverse engineers in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
