📋 Description

• Mentor and develop a software engineering team to maximize impact.
• Lead delivery of Firefox Suggest Ads backend, integrations, and experiments.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Privacy, Policy, and Revenue teams.
• Ensure software is reliable, maintainable, and privacy-respecting.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering, incl. 2+ years people management.
• Track record leading teams delivering production software.
• Strong prioritization, execution, balancing short/long-term work.
• Familiar with modern dev practices: planning, triage, delivery workflows.
• Able to collaborate with product managers and partner teams.
• Experience supporting engineers with varied backgrounds in distributed teams.
