📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team building Jade, the AI-powered financial assistant
• Guide technical direction and ship AI features safely at scale
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Risk on member-focused solutions
• Build AI-native culture; champion AI-assisted development and reusable AI workflows
• Oversee on-call, monitoring, and incident response for Jade
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers; align objectives with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Software engineer with Python, Ruby, React Native, AWS, and distributed systems
• 2+ years of people management experience coaching engineers
• AI-native fluency: build with LLMs and AI tooling; foster team practice
• Experience shipping LLM-powered products (agents, evals, prompts, guardrails)
• Experience ensuring quality, performance, reliability, and security in decisions
• Interest in pushing technology and organization to deliver for members
• Enjoy learning and diving into how things work
