📋 Description

• Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop a team of full-stack and backend engineers for a new product.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, establish clear objectives, provide actionable feedback, and support ongoing
• Own team performance management, including performance calibration and difficult
• Partner closely with Product and Design to define, prioritize, and continuously refine the product
• Guide architecture and technical decisions for a real-time trading interface and high-performance
• Remain hands-on with engineering work by reviewing pull requests, contributing to design

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing or leading software engineers, combined with a strong hands-on
• Full-stack or backend development experience with technologies such as React, Next.js, Vue, Python
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and WebSocket-based real-time services.
• Experience working with relational and/or in-memory databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or
• Experience operating production systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments, including Docker and
• Experience building products or systems from 0-to-1 in ambiguous, rapidly changing, or early-stage
