Engineering Manager - AV Analytics and Customer Behavior

📋 Description

• Analyze and structure large datasets represented in our cloud data warehouse
• Work with a modern stack: Java 25, Spring Boot 4, EKS, MySQL and analytical databases - Redshift
• Make use of and actively explore the use of AI in our Software Development Lifecycle
• Manage the entire chain by aggregating data from raw logs, representing data in our cloud data
• Be responsible for the architecture, observability, security, and performance of our software stack
• Lead the team of developers in our AV Analytics squad and work closely with the internal product

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in software development
• Excellent knowledge of the Java programming language and being familiar with frameworks like Spring
• Experience in working with AWS products and services, especially Redshift, S3, Aurora, EKS and
• Experience or interest in learning a ClickHouse analytical database
• Interest in leading a team of engineers and being a line manager
• An analytical mind and an interest in structuring large datasets and extracting data patterns
