• Manage a team of strong senior engineers

• You’re great at shaping and driving complex, user-focused roadmaps, and keeping your team focused
• You're able to break down complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical
• Knowledge of the technology industry to help your team make good tooling and framework decisions to
• You understand how to lead by setting context, facilitating collaboration, and getting buy-in
