🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing teams of software engineers
• 5+ years providing technical leadership to development teams, including project scoping and design
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building scalable high-availability systems and integrations
• Experience working with modern web technologies and infrastructure stacks, such as TypeScript
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted software development (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience building or shipping AI-powered product features is a strong plus
