📋 Description

Grow and develop a high-ownership engineering team
Set technical and strategic direction for the team
Drive core EAP features: complex queries, routing, storage separation
Ensure EAP supports AI agents and MCP servers
Unify all event data into EAP for fast cross-event queries
Partner with Product, Streaming, Security, and Compliance teams

🎯 Requirements

10+ years software engineering, 4+ years people management
Strong background in data platforms/storage/backends (ClickHouse/Pinot/Druid)
Experience with distributed systems, query optimization, scaling data workloads
Excellent communication to diverse audiences
Proficiency with Python or Rust (plus)
Familiarity with observability and event-driven systems (plus)
