🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong technical background; guide design and architecture decisions.
• Proven people leadership; hiring and scaling teams.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across countries/time zones.
• Strategic thinker with focus on developer experience and AI adoption.
