Engineering Manager, Discovery

📋 Description

• Lead the Discovery team responsible for building care discovery experiences
• Lead engineering efforts spanning care search, relevance, and scheduling
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and engineering teams
• Define and execute technical roadmap
• Improve discovery success and reduce friction from intent to action
• Strengthen shared search and data capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of approximately 5 or more engineers in product or platform
• Strong software engineering background with backend services, APIs, and data-intensive systems
• Experience owning production systems end-to-end including architecture, delivery, performance
• Ability to partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders
• Track record of building, mentoring, and developing engineering teams
